The Data Controller and Processor

Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the “controller” and “processor” of information. In general, Customer is the controller of Customer Data. In general, MoneyFrog is the processor of Customer Data and the controller of Other Information.

To the extent that MoneyFrog’s processing of your Personal Data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, MoneyFrog relies on its legitimate interests, described above, to process your data. MoneyFrog may also process Other Information that constitutes your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes and you have a right to object to MoneyFrog’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time.

MoneyFrog may use automated decision making in processing your personal information for some Services. You can request a manual review of the accuracy of an automated decision at any time.

You have the following rights:

MoneyFrog uses the collected data for various purposes:
